Payment Policy:
We accept for payment: personal check, money order, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance, along with the cleaning charge is due 45 Days prior to arrival. No security deposit is required if paying by credit card. If paying by credit card then we require a signed agreement, to which tenant would be responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleanup, stain or odor removal. If paying by check or money order or debit card a refundable security deposit of $500 is due 45 days prior to arrival. Please report any damaged or inoperable items you find within 24 hours of check in. Out of state checks are accepted only 30 days in advance. All security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of check out.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of deposit/payment will be given if cancellation is made no later than 45 days prior to arrival, less a $100 administration fee which will be applied to all reservations. Cancellations made thereafter will forfeit the full amount unless home is re-rented for the full period reserved.
Check in, Check out Policy:
Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am unless other arrangements have been made.
